An amazing, yet pretty simple product. A-Quality, dried Porcini mushrooms are coarse ground and mixed with Trapani sea salt. This is a great salt to use if your plan is to make a dry cured, mushroom flavored product. In salami it is pretty stellar, and in fresh sausage it is divine! Pick up this small taster and make a few pounds!

Use:

100g of porcini sea salt will season 12# of meat if used at 1.8% for fresh sausage.
